For the account and risk of our client, Winterbotham accepts bank deposits for placement with other financial institutions, subject to a Fiduciary Deposit Agreement. Similarly, Winterbotham accepts deposits, which, subject to a Fiduciary Loan Agreement, are lent for our client’s risk and account to a specified borrower. Working with specialized legal counsel, subject to the client’s situation and requirements, Winterbotham can advise on financing, acquisition, and ownership structures for the purpose of leasing corporate and commercial aircraft. As trustee owner lessor of some 65 commercial aircraft, principally new 319s and 320s, maturing 737s and Cessna Caravans, Winterbotham administers some 45 leasing companies as well as the holding structures under the trust. As trustee Winterbotham provides directors and officers for the structures, and is responsible for the general administration, in particular accounting and the provision of management accounts.

Winterbotham also provides banking and treasury services, mainly comprised of receipts and payments, fiduciary placements or securities trading and custody with respect to excess liquidity in the structure.
